Hiring Equipment

Why rent instead of buy?

Many busy professionals in the Sydney area demand the highest quality product available in today’s marketplace. These are often high end products like those they’re used to using in a gym or health club. Why spend thousands of dollars and then be stuck with an item you cannot change? By renting a treadmill you can workout with ease at home while also testing a treadmill (or a few) before you choose to buy one and make sure it is perfect for you.

I’m motivated to start today, how long will it take to get my hire item?

It will generally take up to 7 business days but can take up to 2 weeks, with some areas able to deliver sooner. This is because our treadmills are extremely heavy pieces of equipment and two people are often needed to lift and move the treadmill round into your property.

I want to hire for 6-12 months. Can you offer a better rate?

We have seasonal prices so enquire with us to see if we have better prices available.

Is delivery and pick up charged in the initial payment?

The delivery is included in your initial payment along with the first month. The pick up fee is charged once the treadmill has been picked up.

Does the equipment come with a warranty?

All of our rented equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If, however, you ever have a problem with the equipment during your rental period, please let us know and we will take care of the issue.

How do I rent the fitness equipment?

Simply use our “Hire” online form to submit basic contact information or email us at sales@sydneytreadmillhire.com.au, and one of our representatives will contact you, within 24 hours to make arrangements for delivery of your fitness equipment. If you prefer, you may call us at 1800 289570 to apply for a rental.

How do I pay for the equipment I am renting?

Your first payment is made when the order is placed. After your first payment you will then make monthly payments. All payments must be made by credit card.

Delivery & Installation

How much are delivery costs?

We deliver up to 70km from central Sydney. The standard delivery cost is $70.00. Call our 1800 289570 helpline for more details. More about delivery costs.

Are the Machines set up when delivered?

All rental machines are fully assembled and set up when delivered.

I would like the item installed on the 3rd floor, is this possible?

The hire item is delivered by two people and will be delivered to your front door or Garage. The Delivery staff at their discretion may bring the item into your house. To position the item in certain places in your house e.g. 3rd floor, may require an extra fee. More about delivery costs.

Can I collect the item from your store?

Yes definitely. It is free to pick-up your hire item from our Sydney depot.

How do I notify Sydneytreadmillhire.com.au that I want my equipment picked up?

When your rental period expires, we will gladly pick up the equipment. Please notify us at sales@sydneytreadmillhire.com.au, at least 7 days before the end of your rental agreement for that month.

Will I need to be home to receive delivery of my equipment?

You or a family member will need to be home to sign for the equipment and to make sure the equipment is placed in your home or business to your specifications.

Do you deliver after hours or on weekends?

We will try to work with you to schedule delivery at your convenience.

Other FAQ’s

Can I put the treadmill undercover outdoors?

No, for safety and general maintenance the machine must be kept indoors in a dry environment.

Should I check with my doctor before starting an exercise program?

You should always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
